Portsonic Communications (Nevada) To Sell Off The Las Vegas Public Radio Division In 2026; Deal Includes A Multi-Year Licensing Agreement To Deploy The Las Vegas Public Radio Interactive Radio Service And Game Module On The Upcoming American Made Portsonic Radio Devices

KINGMAN (MAGIC) - Portsonic Communications (Nevada) is set to sell off the Las Vegas Public Radio Division in 2026 which includes the Las Vegas Public Radio brand and it's portfolio of marketing tools. The deal includes a multi-year licensing agreement to deploy the Las Vegas Public Radio interactive radio service and game module on the upcoming Amrican made Portsonic Radio devices. This deal gives the new buyer access into the Internet of Things (IoT) model on the Portsonic Radio platform.
