President Trump signd the bill to reopen the U.S. Government Wednesday evening, November 12, 2025.

KVGK 87.9 FM was authorized on October 18, 2025 with current Special Temporary Authority (STA) by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and commenced broadcasting back on November 1, 2025 in Kingman, Arizona. The radio station is live on the air and testing with the State of Arizona plan under it's Emergency Alert System (EAS). The radio station can also be heard live on the internet streams by clicking the Listen link in the upper left hand corner of this web page and selecting desired stream.

Portsonic Communications (Arizona) per it's current Special Temporary Authority (STA) will notify the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) on the agency's first full day back to work on Thursday, November 13, 2025 to continue on it's current Special Temporary Authority (STA) authorization until January 31, 2026.
